Champagne Shores is professionally managed and meticulously maintained by our attentive staff. Our discreet housekeeper visits daily to keep everything spic and span. Our concierge will assist with booking travel, excursions, tee times and car/bike rentals, and arrange your choice of optional pampering services such as a personal chef, in-villa massage, grocery and wine stocking, and childcare. Our team will help you plan your stay, greet you at the villa with refreshments, and is available on call throughout your entire stay.

Meet the Owners of Champagne Shores.

Welcome to Champagne Shores, our home in paradise. We are Chris and Allison Garner the owners of this beautiful villa. We are thrilled to share our dream home away from home with you.

Our journey to Anguilla began with our love for escaping the cold winters of the Northeast United States. After many family vacations in the Caribbean, we discovered Anguilla during a trip to St. Martin and instantly fell in love. We returned five times in pursuit of the perfect home and found it in Champagne Shores, with its calm blue waters, secluded beach, and stunning views.

Anguilla is ideal for an island getaway. Whether you want to escape the cold and snow or just love the beach and sunshine. When we are here our perfect day includes enjoying a bottle of our champagne, lounging in the sun by the pool while enjoying views of St. Martin, and later having dinner at one of the many exceptional restaurants around the island.

Anguilla is a fantastic island in all aspects. The house had everything you would look for in a vacation rental. The service from the start was impeccable and having access to the concierge services was very helpful. They helped book activities, reservations and can even pre-stock items upon arrival. Having daily cleaning and chefs at house made for a relaxing and stress free week for our 2 families with teenagers. Each bedroom has the most stunning views of the Caribbean and are all equal! The kids were so spoiled:). The layout and location of the property were very well designed. Pool and patio areas were a true highlight and kids loved the outdoor ping pong and cornhole. Hope to be back in the near future!

Loved this house, loved the view, and loved the island! Property is exactly as described and is very accurately represented. We took our four children and our foreign exchange student (5 kids total) ages 15-12 and they loved it! Pool was large and heated and the hot tub was great at night after dinner. Beach towels are high end and replenished as needed. Work out room had a lot of equipment and there is tons of space all over the house for everyone to hang out. Will def recommend to others and hope to be back someday!
